Take Highway E75 / Road 4 towards Lahti / Jyväskylä
Continue north on E75 for approx. 120 km
Exit towards Vierumäki / Heinola
Follow local signage to Vierumäki Sports Institute
Road signage is clear and reliable throughout the route.

ARRIVAL FROM HELSINKI PORTS
Vuosaari Harbour (Helsinki)

Travel time: approx. 2 hours

From Vuosaari Harbour, use Ring Road III (Kehä III) to connect to E75 / Road 4 towards Lahti, then continue as above.
West Harbour / South Harbour (Helsinki) Distance: approx. 135 km
Travel time: 1.5–2 hours

Regular train connections operate from Helsinki and Helsinki Airport to Lahti From Lahti, access to Vierumäki is available by bus or taxi
