Oliana is a picturesque municipality in the Alt Urgell comarca of Lleida province, Catalonia, Spain. Nestled in the Segre River valley just below the Oliana reservoir, this small town is surrounded by striking mountain landscapes that mark the gateway to the southern Pyrenees. With a population of around 1,800 residents, Oliana is the second-largest town in its region, after La Seu d’Urgell.
