Reglations “FAFE ENDUROGP MOMENTS” Contest

Article 1

Purpose and Objectives

  1. The “FAFE ENDUROGP MOMENTS” Contest is organised within the framework of the FIM EnduroGP World Championship – GP of Portugal / Fafe, with the aim of promoting the event and the territory of Fafe through the sharing of original content on social media.
  2. The Contest aims to encourage riders, teams, visitors and the general public to share their best EnduroGP moments, contributing to the digital amplification of the event, the destination and the EnduroGP experience.

Article 2

Organiser

  1. The Contest is organised by Prime Stadium Events, Lda., with the institutional support of the Municipality of Fafe.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret and decide on any matters not covered by these Regulations.

Article 3

Participants

  1. The Contest is open to:
  • Fans and spectators;
  • Riders;
  • Teams;
  • Volunteers;
  • Marshals;
  • Partners;
  • Event visitors.

Article 4

Contest Period

  1. Eligible content must be published between 00:00 on 11 June and 22:00 on 20 June.
  2. Only content published within this period will be considered.

Article 5

Eligible Social Media Platform

  1. The Contest will take place exclusively on:

Instagram

  1. The following formats are accepted:
  • Posts (photographs);
  • Reels (videos).

Article 6

Participation Conditions

  1. To be considered eligible, content must comply with all of the following requirements:
  1. a) Include the following hashtags:
  • #FafeEnduroGPMoments
  • #EnduroGPFafe
  • #EnduroGP
  • #VisitFafe
  1. b) Tag the following accounts:
  • @EnduroGP
  • @PrimeStadium
  • @MunicipioFafe
  • @VisitFafe
  1. c) Include:
  • The location;
  • The category in which the participant is competing.
  1. d) Be published from a public profile during the Contest period.
  1. Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry per category.
  2. Only original content related to EnduroGP, the territory, paddock life, competition, the Super Test, nature, the fan experience and the atmosphere of the event will be accepted.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude content that is:
  • Offensive;
  • Discriminatory;
  • Illegal;
  • Unrelated to the event;
  • Likely to compromise the safety of spectators, riders or teams.

Article 7

Contest Categories

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

  1. Best Racing Moment

Best competition moment.

  1. Best Fan Experience

Best content related to the atmosphere, emotion and fan experience.

  1. Best Team / Paddock Life

Best content related to the paddock, behind-the-scenes action or team life.

  1. Best Nature & Territory Shot

Best content highlighting the nature, landscape, territory and identity of Fafe.

  1. Spirit of EnduroGP Award

Content that best represents the spirit of EnduroGP.

Article 8

Judging Criteria

In each category, the winner shall be the entry receiving the highest number of “likes” by 10:00 on 21 June 2025.

Akrapovič product.

  1. Best Team / Paddock Life

Prize to be announced.

Article 10

Content Usage Rights

  1. By participating in the Contest, participants grant the Organiser, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the right to use the submitted content for:
  • EnduroGP promotion;
  • Promotion of the territory of Fafe;
  • Institutional communication;
  • Digital marketing;
  • Future promotional materials.
  1. Whenever possible, credit will be given to the author of the content.
  2. Participants declare that they own all rights to the submitted content and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from third parties appearing in photographs or videos.

Article 11

Data Protection

  1. Personal data collected will be used exclusively for the management of the Contest.
  2. Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these Regulations.

Article 12

Final Provisions

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Regulations for justified reasons.
  2. Any matters not expressly covered herein shall be decided by the Organiser.
  3. Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and full acceptance of these Regulations.
  4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Artigo 1.º

Objeto e Objetivo

  1. O concurso “FAFE ENDUROGP MOMENTS” é promovido no âmbito do FIM EnduroGP World Championship – GP de Portugal / Fafe, com o objetivo de promover a divulgação digital do evento e do território de Fafe através da partilha de conteúdos originais nas redes sociais.
  2. O concurso pretende incentivar pilotos, equipas, visitantes e público em geral a partilharem os seus melhores momentos do EnduroGP, contribuindo para a amplificação digital do evento, do território e da experiência EnduroGP.

Artigo 2.º

Entidade Promotora

  1. O concurso é promovido pela Prime Stadium Events, Lda., com o apoio institucional do Município de Fafe.
  2. A organização reserva-se o direito de interpretar e decidir sobre quaisquer situações omissas no presente regulamento.

Artigo 3.º

Participantes

  1. O concurso encontra-se aberto à participação de:
  • Público e espectadores;
  • Pilotos;
  • Equipas;
  • Voluntários;
  • Marshalls;
  • Parceiros;
  • Visitantes do evento.

Artigo 4.º

Período do Concurso

  1. São elegíveis conteúdos publicados desde as 00h00 do dia 11 de junho até às 22h00 do dia 20 de junho.
  2. Apenas serão considerados conteúdos publicados dentro do período indicado.

Artigo 5.º

Rede Social Elegível

  1. O concurso decorre exclusivamente através da plataforma:

  1. Serão aceites:
  • Publicações (fotografia);
  • Reels (vídeo).

Artigo 6.º

Condições de Participação

  1. Para que um conteúdo seja considerado elegível, deverá cumprir cumulativamente os seguintes requisitos:
  1. a) Incluir obrigatoriamente as hashtags:

  • #EnduroGPFafe
  • #EnduroGP
  • #VisitFafe
  1. b) Identificar obrigatoriamente:
  • @EnduroGP
  • @PrimeStadium
  • @MunicipioFafe
  • @VisitFafe
  1. c) Incluir:
  • A localização;
  • A identificação da categoria em que participa.
  1. d) Ser publicado através de perfil público durante o período do concurso.
  1. Cada participante poderá submeter um máximo de um conteúdo por categoria.
  2. Apenas serão admitidos conteúdos originais relacionados com o EnduroGP, o território, os bastidores, a competição, a Super Test, a natureza, a experiência do público e a vivência do evento.
  3. A organização reserva-se o direito de excluir conteúdos:
  • Ofensivos;
  • Discriminatórios;
  • Ilegais;
  • Não relacionados com o evento;
  • Que coloquem em causa a segurança do público, pilotos ou equipas.

Artigo 7.º

Categorias do Concurso

Serão atribuídos prémios nas seguintes categorias:

  1. Best Racing Moment

Melhor momento de competição.

  1. Best Fan Experience

Melhor conteúdo relacionado com o ambiente, a emoção e a experiência do público.

  1. Best Team / Paddock Life

Melhor conteúdo relacionado com os bastidores, o paddock ou a vida das equipas.

  1. Best Nature & Territory Shot

Melhor conteúdo relacionado com a natureza, a paisagem, o território e a identidade de Fafe.

  1. Spirit of EnduroGP Award

Conteúdo que melhor represente o espírito do EnduroGP.

Artigo 8.º

Critérios de Avaliação

Será declarado vencedor, em cada categoria, o conteúdo que obtenha o maior número de “likes” até às 10h00 do dia 21 de junho de 2025.

Artigo 10.º

Direitos de Utilização de Conteúdos

  1. Ao participar no concurso, os participantes autorizam, a título gratuito e não exclusivo, a utilização dos conteúdos submetidos pela organização para efeitos de:
  • Promoção do EnduroGP;
  • Promoção do território de Fafe;
  • Comunicação institucional;
  • Marketing digital;
  • Materiais promocionais futuros.
  1. Sempre que possível, será identificado o autor do conteúdo.
  2. Os participantes declaram ser titulares dos direitos dos conteúdos submetidos e responsabilizam-se pela obtenção das autorizações necessárias de terceiros eventualmente retratados nas imagens ou vídeos.

Artigo 11.º

Proteção de Dados

  1. Os dados pessoais recolhidos serão utilizados exclusivamente para efeitos de gestão do concurso.
  2. A participação no concurso implica a aceitação integral do presente regulamento.

Artigo 12.º

Disposições Finais

  1. A organização reserva-se o direito de alterar o presente regulamento por motivo justificado.
  2. Qualquer situação omissa será resolvida pela organização.
  3. A participação no concurso implica o conhecimento e aceitação integral das presentes regras.
  4. O concurso não é patrocinado, apoiado, administrado nem associado ao Instagram.

Objet et Finalité

  1. Le concours « FAFE ENDUROGP MOMENTS » est organisé dans le cadre du Championnat du Monde FIM EnduroGP – GP du Portugal / Fafe, dans le but de promouvoir la diffusion numérique de l’événement et du territoire de Fafe à travers le partage de contenus originaux sur les réseaux sociaux.
  2. Le concours vise à encourager les pilotes, les équipes, les visiteurs et le grand public à partager leurs meilleurs moments de l’EnduroGP, contribuant ainsi à l’amplification numérique de l’événement, du territoire et de l’expérience EnduroGP.

Article 2

Organisateur

  1. Le concours est organisé par Prime Stadium Events, Lda., avec le soutien institutionnel de la Municipalité de Fafe.
  2. L’organisation se réserve le droit d’interpréter et de statuer sur toute situation non prévue dans le présent règlement.

Article 3

Participants

  1. Le concours est ouvert aux :
  • Spectateurs et public ;
  • Pilotes ;
  • Équipes ;
  • Bénévoles ;
  • Marshalls ;
  • Partenaires ;
  • Visiteurs de l’événement.

Article 4

Période du Concours

  1. Sont éligibles les contenus publiés entre le 11 juin à 00h00 et le 20 juin à 22h00.
  2. Seuls les contenus publiés durant cette période seront pris en considération.

Article 5

Réseau Social Éligible

  1. Le concours se déroule exclusivement sur la plateforme :

  1. Sont acceptés :

Conditions de Participation

  1. Pour qu’un contenu soit considéré comme éligible, il doit remplir cumulativement les conditions suivantes :

  1. b) Identifier obligatoirement :

  • La localisation ;
  • L’identification de la catégorie dans laquelle le participant concourt.
  1. d) Être publié à partir d’un profil public pendant la durée du concours.
  1. Chaque participant pourra soumettre au maximum un contenu par catégorie.
  2. Seuls les contenus originaux liés à l’EnduroGP, au territoire, aux coulisses, à la compétition, à la Super Test, à la nature, à l’expérience du public et à l’ambiance de l’événement seront admis.
  3. L’organisation se réserve le droit d’exclure tout contenu :
  • Offensant ;
  • Discriminatoire ;
  • Illégal ;
  • Sans lien avec l’événement ;
  • Susceptible de compromettre la sécurité du public, des pilotes ou des équipes.

Les prix seront attribués dans les catégories suivantes :

Meilleur moment de compétition.

Meilleur contenu lié à l’ambiance, à l’émotion et à l’expérience du public.

  1. Best Team / Paddock Life

Meilleur contenu lié aux coulisses, au paddock ou à la vie des équipes.

  1. Best Nature & Territory Shot

Meilleur contenu lié à la nature, au paysage, au territoire et à l’identité de Fafe.

  1. Spirit of EnduroGP Award

Contenu représentant le mieux l’esprit de l’EnduroGP.

Article 8

Critères d’Évaluation

Le contenu ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de « likes » avant 10h00 le 21 juin 2025 sera déclaré vainqueur dans chaque catégorie.

Droits d’Utilisation des Contenus

  1. En participant au concours, les participants autorisent, à titre gratuit et non exclusif, l’utilisation des contenus soumis par l’organisation aux fins de :
  • Promotion de l’EnduroGP ;
  • Promotion du territoire de Fafe;
  • Communication institutionnelle;
  • Marketing digital;
  • Supports promotionnels futurs.
  1. Dans la mesure du possible, l’auteur du contenu sera identifié.
  2. Les participants déclarent être titulaires des droits sur les contenus soumis et assument la responsabilité d’obtenir les autorisations nécessaires des tiers éventuellement représentés sur les photographies ou vidéos.

Protection des Données

  1. Les données personnelles collectées seront utilisées exclusivement aux fins de gestion du concours.
  2. La participation au concours implique l’acceptation intégrale du présent règlement.
