EnduroGP round one in a nutshell…
Day 1: The opening round of the 2025 Paulo Duarte FIM EnduroGP World Championship saw Josep Garcia (KTM) make a triumphant return from injury to win in Fafe on day one. Zach Pichon (TM MOTO) earned his first-ever senior podium with a strong second-place finish, while Steve Holcombe (Honda) rounded out the top three in EnduroGP.
Francesca Nocera (Honda) dominated the Women’s class. Kyron Bacon (Kawasaki) narrowly topped the Junior category and Romain Dagna (KTM) ruled the Youth class. Headed by Hamish Macdonald, Sherco locked out the Enduro3 podium, while Garcia and Pichon took Enduro1 and Enduro2 honours, respectively.
Day 2: Pichon delivered a breakthrough performance to claim his maiden EnduroGP overall victory in a thrilling finale, narrowly edging out Andrea Verona (GASGAS) by two seconds, with Garcia third.
Nocera backed up her Saturday success with another win in the Women’s category. Bacon doubled up in the Junior class and Alberto Elgari (TM MOTO) led the charge in the Youth category. Led by Macdonald, Sherco continued their Enduro3 dominance with a second clean sweep, Enduro2 victory went to Pichon, while Garcia took Enduro1.
