Prime Stadium Eventos, promoters of the FIM EnduroGP World Championship, have been awarded the prestigious FIM Sustainability Award at the annual FIM Awards held in Palma de Mallorca on December 7. The award acknowledges Prime Stadium’s consistent and dedicated efforts to protect the environment, implement eco-friendly practices in the field of motorsport, and promote sustainability.
As part of the FIM Ride Green’s KiSS environmental and sustainability plan, which the EnduroGP series has supported for multiple years, each of the 2024 local organisers put in place a variety of initiatives to encourage sustainable practices. After round two in Portugal, all used tyres from teams were donated to the local schools to help build organic gardens.
This achievement highlights Prime Stadium’s dedication to promoting environmentally responsible motorcycling events and fostering a culture of sustainability among participants and fans alike, while striving to set new standards for sustainability in the industry.
Carla Alvarenga – Prime Stadium Eventos Managing Director: “Enduro and nature walk hand in hand. Riders have a profound respect and love for nature. This sustainability award means so much to us. We strive to leave a positive impact on the communities where our races take place, and this recognition is a great honor. Our commitment is to do more and better each year, continually enhancing our sustainability efforts.”
