Some members of our dear paddock have decided to do their bit to support those key workers, starting with Beta Boano Racing!
Indeed, through Team Manager Jarno BOANO, the Italian squad who are reigning World EnduroGP Champions, launched a fundraising campaign on March 13 to help the Santa Croce Carle Hospital in Cuneo, Italy.
And this week, thanks to the support received for this crowdfunding project, the Beta Boano Racing team was able to deliver 200 units of protective equipment to hospital staff.
And while the money keeps coming in from generous supporters, Jarno BOANO does not intend to stop!
Jarno BOANO : “This morning, we delivered the first 200 units, using the funds collected so far, to the Santa Croce Carle hospital for the hospital staff who are on the frontline in this battle. It is clear that we have not set this up to help the State, which should be providing it all already given the taxes it imposes on us, but we are doing it to personally support all the hospital staff who do their best every day in this difficult challenge! We want to say THANK YOU! Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far to the collection, which continues, so that we can soon make another contribution! Motorcyclists and friends, let’s do this for our “friends” who fight everyday to help us, let’s show them how the challenges can be won!”
